Update

Hi Everyone.....I just wanted to give you all a update, and let you know so far I'm ok....I'm a little confused and thankfully don't really remember any of this morning. I am scheduled for an EEG on thursday morning, and am still waiting to hear about the MRI. I am unable to drive until they give me the go ahead. Until then, Bronson will be carting me around. I am so thankful for how he handled everything, he couldn't have done a better job....SERIOUSLY! I will keep everyone posted as to what happens....thank you so much for everyone's concern, I LOVE YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!!

We had such a nice visit with Justin and Bonnie! Thanks for coming guys and for all your help! My dad came over and finished the peninsula....I think it looks awesome. Bronson did a really nice job of staining. Thanks again Mom and Dad.....we really appreciate it! I've included just a couple of pictures....

IT'S AN ISLAND!!!!! OR IS IT A PENINSULA?

Dad came over today to put in our island....or is it a peninsula?!!! We still need to finish the wood that is going on the back of it, but you can see how good it looks!! I am in love with it and it adds so much to the kitchen! Bronson now has a place to sit to watch me make dinner, and I have a ton of counter space! I never in my life thought I'd get so excited over a counter.....but I am completely in my glory! We have had so much fun making changes to the house, and I really think it looks beautiful!!!! We both really enjoy living at the farm and our home.

AND.........AGAIN!!!!!

Here we go again! They are predicting 5-9 inches of snow, wind, and "dangerous" wind chills again!!!!! Should be an interesting drive to work tomorrow. I have to say though that at least the snow is beautiful to watch. Much better than just the extreme cold. I love winter!!!

Here we go.....again!

Oh and we have nasty weather coming......again. I'm watching the snow swirl in circles. They are predicting butt cold...again, and dangerous wind chills....again.

Well here is the latest wedding update. Mom and I went to Fargo yesterday to get odds and ends done...and we did! I've been feeling a little "stressed" lately. So we decided to get little things done. We have the invitations ordered, Moms dress, all the votives thanks to Diane. We got the material ordered for Ashley's dress, we got all the ribbon for the flowers, pew bows, and corsages....all the vases for the head table, which match exactly to the votives Diane got for us, we have a line on candles, AND we got all the little "bling" for the table decorations.

We have "hired" a different decorator. The family friend of ours that is doing the flowers is going to do the decorating....and I am so excited. She is extremely talented, and when we went to have our flower meeting had such good ideas...It is going to be beautiful!!!! It gets closer every day, and I am so very ready for it to be here so that we can have our families and friends together! I think it's going to be a very good time. If anybody has ANY questions about anything, please just holler!

2007

2007 was a busy year for us. We spent another week with Dennis and Diane in Florida....both of us managed to get very sunburnt, and it was great!!!! I love our trips to visit them, it is so relaxing and so beautiful there.

In May Bronson and I made the BIG move in together. We moved into an apartment here in Park Rapids. It was huge and the move was quite and eye opener into how much "stuff" we have.....two grown people, two totally furnished homes....makes for ALOT OF JUNK!!!!! We still haven't quite weeded through everything. Since May, we have moved again, into the farm! We did remodeling and painting and made some changes to the house, and we are loving living there. It is nice that Bronson is right by the horses...he truly enjoys being responsible for the horses and helping Dennis out with them. We even got to go on a few hay rides...so much fun!

In June we got engaged! I have waited my whole life for this, and am so happy and ready to be a wife! We have learned alot about each other in the past 6 months, and I think we are ready to start our life together....and my parents are so happy to be getting Bronson as a Son in Law, and that I have such a wonderful person to share my life with.....so the wedding plans started. June 21st 2008 will be the big day.

In July my cousin Charlie married Andrea in Duluth at Spirit Mountain. What a beautiful day it was, and it was a blast! Our family is so very lucky to have Andrea in our huge family! She fits right in, and I know that Susie and Tim are having fun with their new "daughter," Kayla loves having a sister, and I think Ryan likes having another girl to pick on!

In October our little family grew. We adopted a dog from the Humane Society. We now are the "parents" of a Black Lab mixed with something else that we aren't sure of. Her name is Bootsie. I saw her and she reminded me of Grandma Boots and Grandpa Boyd's dog Pooper, and since her name was Bootsie, she had to come home with us! It has been interesting....she is such a good girl and is getting used to her new home, and is coming around and is coming out of her shell....we are having fun with her too.

Also in October we suprised Cory and the kids for his grand opening of Gander Mountain in Kentucky....so much fun and so good to see all of them! We even got to be there for Ashley's birthday....she was beside herself. We got to be up close and personal with the O.C. Chopper guys....cool. Cory has a very cool store, although the accent he's "acquired" is strange to hear... he says my accent is stronger! I can't wait to see them at the wedding. It's hard having them so far away. The kids get bigger and older everyday, and I'm very glad that Mel keeps us posted and up to date so well.

So.....as you can see, 2007 has been a busy one....lots of changes! We got to spend alot of time with the families that we love, and spend time with our nieces and nephews which makes us happiest. 2008 is going to be a busy one too......We'll keep you posted!!!!
